Remember all the products are handmade, and that means it takes longer to ship your orders. Please be patient.
PROCESSING TIME
It usually takes from 2 to 20 work days until your order is shipped. The processing time of each order depends on the item you bought (processing times are in the description box of each product). Please, remember that your products will be made once you place the order, that means there’s several steps until your order is shipped, which are: order verification, sewing, quality check and packaging.
DELIVERY TIMES
It refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination.
Our delivery times are estimated only and are not guaranteed.
Expedited and tracking options are available in all of your orders.

Nia Studio is not held responsible for:
- Mistakes made by Correos or the agency used in your country.
- Wrong addresses given by customers.
- PO box issues.
- Stolen packafes after delivery.

SPAIN ORDERS
We use Correos to ship your order through Tracked Packet. The packages will be delivered
within 3-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
EUROPE ORDERS
We use Correos to ship your order through Tracked Packet. The packages will be delivered
within 8-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We use Correos to ship your order through Tracked Packet International Air. The packages will be delivered within 10-21 business days (which excludes holidays and weekends).
International orders shipping outside the UE may be subject to additional customs, duties and taxes determined by the destination country, order value and contents.
International customs, duties and taxes are not included in product prices and/or shipping cost. Customs, duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsability. To determine these costs please check with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing. These additional fees may be required to pay before or upon delivery of your order.
DAMAGES
Products purchased from our website will require a photo image of the product in question. Once proven the product has a fault, the product may be returned in order to send you a new one or get a refund.
CUSTOMS AND FEES
Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs. We will send your items in one package and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom.
if you do get any fee in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the fee. The fees are governmental in nature and not charged by Nia Studio.
To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs
office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
