How to search for products?

Search for products by entering the product name or keyword into the Search icon at the right of Menu bar. Try to enter the correct product name. When you find a product you’re interested in, simply click the product name or the product image for more details.

How to place an order?

Once you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and are ready to complete your transaction, move your cursor to the lower-right corner of the screen and click on the “Checkout” button. Then you just need to follow the instructions, we’ve already made it easy to go for you.

Where can I find my order number?

If you have an account, simply log in and select “My Orders” in the drop-down menu under your name. There, you can find the order number.

If you don’t have an account, don’t worry, with every order we send an order confirmation email, which is sent to the same email used to make the purchase. Be sure to check all inboxes as it can make its way to junk/spam folder.

How can I track my order?

Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Once the courier picks up the pack- age and scans it into the system, the tracking number can be used to see the information about your order. It usually takes about 12h from the pick up until you can track it online.

Can I change my delivery address?

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you. In the event that we are unable to process the address change directly in our system, usually, because the package has already been shipped, we will need to contact our courier to request a change of delivery address.

Please be aware that an address change will delay the delivery time. Nia Studio cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery due to an address change requested by a customer.

How do I change my order?

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to change the ordered products or the quantity selected. In this situation, we suggest you contact us and cancel the incorrect order. Thereafter, we recommend you place a new order for your desired item(s) on our website at your own convenience.

How do I cancel my order?

If your order has been paid and you need to cancel an order, you must contact us within 24 hours. No cancella- tions will be processed after 24 hours.

Will I be charged VAT fees?

Customs policies vary in every country, it’s best if you contact your local customs office for further information BEFORE you purchase. We can’t controle it and we are not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package.


What is the currency of your shop?

Our shop default currency is Euros (€).

What payment options do you accept?

We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa debit/credit card payments as well as PayPal. We don’t accept COD, personal checks, money orders, direct bank transfers or multiple forms of payment. All avail- able payment options for each country are displayed at the checkout, once you have entered the country of delivery.

Can I pay in another currency?

You can pay with your local currency, your bank or card service provider will automatically convert your curren- cy into Euros (€) for payment.

Is my payment information safe?

For your transaction and payment details, they are directly handled by PayPal Express Checkout or Stripe, our payment service provider, with secure encryption, and under strict banking standards. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank – Including Nia Studio.

Do you store my payment information?

Nia Studio doesn’t receive or store any payment information. All transactions are handled directly by PayPal Express Checkout or Stripe, our payment service provider. Your credit card details are sent directly to the bank and cannot be read or accessed by any parties other than your bank.

How is my package shipped?

Nia Studio ships through standard letter mail with Correos. This can take anywhere from 3-21 days (excluding weekends and holidays). Express shipping options are available at checkout.

Our delivery times are only estimated and are not guaranteed. They will always be estimated in business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once the packages arrive in the hands of our shipping provider, arrival times are out of our control and in the hands of the shipping service that has been selected.

Neither Nia Studio and Correos are responsible for lost packages if your shipping address is entered incorrectly. Nia Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is my order status?

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation within 15 minutes. After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Your order can take 5-40 business days to be fulfilled. A friendly reminder that holidays and weekends do not count as business days. All packages are shipped through Correos.
If you did not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, contact us to verify your email address.

How long will my order take?

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: Order verification, sewing, quality check and packaging, which takes 2 - 20 days.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouses to the destination. Once an order leaves our warehouse, standard shipping generally takes 3 - 21 business days and 2 - 6 days for express shipping.

Due to the COVID-19, the time frame above may be delayed. Please read our policy before you purchase!

Can you ship to a PO box?

We do not ship to PO box as well as APO/FPO military addresses.

How are Nia Studio products made?

All the products are 100% handmade. By the time it’s just me (only one person) that puts a lot of love and care into creating every single piece for you.

What size am I?

Sizing for each product will be in the description box. All items run true to size unless stated otherwise. Nia Studio clothing is preshrunk for a cozy fit. You can find our Size chart here.

How do I care for my apparel?

Please wash all apparel inside out on cold and air dry. For more information on clothing and accessories, you must check the individual tag for best care instructions. We are not responsible for incorrect washing.

My product looks a bit different from the pictures.

We try our absolute best to keep our pictures on our website and social media as accurate as possible. Howev- er, colours can vary slightly in different lighting, plus the ecoprinted pieces are all different because of its ran- dom result.

Do you make custom designs?

We currently do not take custom orders.

Where can I leave a review?

In your profile, inside “Purchases and reviews” you will have the option to leave a review next to the items list you bought.


What is your return policy?

We only accept clothing returns. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Can I return sale items?

All sale items are final and cannot be returned. The sale item(s) will be excluded from our normal return policy and will NOT be eligible to be returned. For more details please read our Refund policy.

When will I receive my refund?

If your return is approved, a full refund will be issued for your order. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 8-15 business days.

Do you accept exchanges?

Yes, we do accept exchanges for almost all the products. Due to Covid-19 some hygienic products like face masks will not be exchanged or able to return.

If 15 days have gone by since you received the items, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.

For exchanges, please email with the subject ‘Exchange’ and include your order number, name and the reason for the exchange.
Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send the returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when shipping goods to avoid “lost packages” situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of exchange items.

When the item is received and inspected, the customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.

Can I refuse my shipment?

If you choose to refuse the delivery of your order to avoid duties and taxes or if you change your mind, you will be responsible for the return shipping fee charged to Nia Studio. This amount is dependent on your country.

Where is your studio located?

We are located in Barcelona, Spain.

Who is behind Nia Studio?

Nia Studio was created by Xènia, a fashion designer. There’s also César, my partner, who’s in charge of the website and photo edition, and my family, who also helps me with all they can.

Do you have a physical store?

Our studio is reserved for production and fulfillment of online orders. I may apply to have a stand in some upcoming events. Stay tuned to my social media if you want to know them!
